Captain Rick Stalder started his law enforcement career in 1988 when he joined the United States Army Military Police Corps. Captain Stalder served in the Army for 7 years before joining the Clarksville Police Department in 1995. Captain Stalder is a graduate of the School of Police Staff and Command and has served the department in many different positions. Stalder was assigned as the Commander of District Two after being promoted to Captain in February 2008.
