The Honor Guard/Color Guard Team as it is today was started in January of 2000. Prior to this volunteers made up most of the events conducted.

The goals of the Team are to honor the fallen Officers and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice to what the believed in.

Officers who are selected to become members of the Team must perform basic maneuvers in front of a board.

The Team trains once a month in the area of marching, flag folding, 21 gun salute, parade details and other ceremonial duties.
