Incident reports are $5.00 and Accident reports are $6.00.

Juvenile petitions are done at 135 Commerce Street then it is then taken to Youth Services Office for a judge's signature.

The full name of the child, date of birth, guardian's name, address and phone number are required.

Petitions are done Monday through Friday from 9 am to 10 am and from 1 pm to 2 pm.
